Fall Show Dealer Application
Submit application to our office by the deadline date of July 16, 2025 (meet the deadline and we will deduct 10% off your total space fees). You will be notified of placement status by July 31, 2025.
*After the application deadline, we continue to accept submissions to fill available openings. We encourage you to still apply!
Space Cancellation Policy: Cancellations occurring up to 31 days prior to the show will receive a 50% Refund of the fees paid. Cancellations occurring 0-30 days prior to the show will receive no Refund. If the event is canceled by Jim Custer Enterprises 50% of the fees paid will be issued as a refund check and the remaining balance will be applied as a credit for the 2026 Fall Antique & Vintage Show.
